Equipping Malagasy leaders to be the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:12)
Our primary mission is to equip and empower Christian leaders in Madagascar to serve their communities and make a lasting impact in the lives of others.
We target 3 specific areas to advance our mission:
- Discipleship groups – (interdenominational Christian life groups)
- Community Development initiatives
- Healthcare projects
Activities within these 3 areas include:
- Discipleship groups – Distributing the Book “Experiencing God” and hosting small groups formed around these Christian life principles. Seminars and other small group focuses may include Marriage and Family (parenting), teaching, and creating Christian resources (Christian materials, education, training and media) available in the Malagasy language. (Example “The Bible Project”)
- Community Development initiatives – First 1,000 days of life program: designed to help mother’s and babies thrive through the first 1,000 days of life (9 months in utero to 2 years of age) with the proper nutrients and consistent monitoring to aid in full health development of that child.
- Healthcare Projects –
a. Training Healthcare workers – Midwives, Doctors, nurses with various medical education programs. (Helping Babies Breathe, Essential Newborn Care 1) (Helping Mothers Survive, Bleeding after birth).
b. Opening, equipping and staffing various private Christian Medical facilities (Maternity Centers, Hospitals, Medical Clinics) (International Childbirth Initiative, PAACS Surgical Training program)
